Continuous improvement requires evaluation of solutions from a variety of perspectives, including the user perspective. Using the same aspects initially considered, is a good starting point.
User journeyDoes the new journey improve the customer experience? Does it contribute to the company's circularity objectives? How have the customer pains and gains evolved?
